Training people for the furtherance of the Kingdom is to be the basic ministry agenda of any Church or rather a growth-oriented church. A well-arranged training helps the ministers to fit into the holistic ministry. The training and equipping philosophy of MHHM International Institute of theology is unique in its approach with a view to maintain a sound balance of practical, spiritual and the radical mission of the Church for against a mere academic, cognitive approach to education. The guiding principle of our training is geared by the need of mission and evangelism. Reaching the most unreached peoples of our nation, Asia and the two third world is the guiding motivation of our training.

International Institute of theology is the continuing pastoral education department undertaking the Pastoral counseling and theological research of MHHM India. The principle aim of the institute is to provide an opportunity to those who are not in a position to avail themselves of facilities of higher Christian education through regular on-campus studies / Bible Colleges/seminaries. There are no restrictions based on geographical location, caste, creed, color and religion. It adopts a flexibility approach to eligibility, age of entry, choice of courses, method of learning, conduct of exams and operations of Christian education programs. The institute arranges contact classes and seminars which will make for the traditional teacher-student interaction possible.

The Bible training programs of Continuing Pastoral education department of MHHM has different stages and standards of operation. Graduate and Post-Graduate level of studies in theology and clinical pastoral counseling available while being in the mission field. We are seeking fund for establishing a Seminary, a centralized facility for the missionaries to come and do their further studies following an Indian traditional system of education called gurukulum, where the students live with the teachers while learning. To educate a person means to bring up, to train and to strengthen his or her physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual aspects. Education in its strictest sense calls for the entire being, body, soul and spirit.
